The Lausanne 65+ cohort is a study to investigate aging among those aged 65 years and over and aims to particularly answer these questions.
The Lc65+ study was launched in 2004. Participants entered the study in three waves at 5 years interval (2004, 2009 and 2014)
The Lc65+ cohort is based on voluntary participation of 4'668 residents of the city of Lausanne (Switzerland)
Participants are 65 years old and over
The Lc65+ cohort is representative of the Lausanne city non-institutionalised inhabitants
Each participant receives a yearly quationnaire and participates in an inteview-examination once every three years
